OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a BIG, BIG, BIG scare!
Got worried n cried for nothing! puff.
(Do not read this if u got heart problem... heh heh.)
sum up: Say i got Hepatitis B, in e end is juz a scare. mum's fault. not that she purposely scare me la...
read on if u like.
Dad had mild Hepatitis B, know it for quite some time alrdy, perhaps Jan '09.
On 17 Feb, we 3 others (mum, bro & I) went to take injection to see if got this disease. I still can rmb this date clearly coz 1st day of exams. After sch la.
25 Feb nite gotten e results thru post (mail). **i better not luo suo**
Mum told me......... die la u (si liao lor ni!), got e disease. mum n bro only received 1 letter, i got 2. somemore they sth less than 10. i got more than 1000! n ask me to check other body parts too. omg... she evn said i cannot continue my education anymore. etc.
i alrdy started crying, my mum didnt know of it. coz i cried quietly. many thoughts appeared... ;( thinking ....
**reminding me for a couple of times, dun tell ur frens. she mentioned Jia Yi, Hui Min... later 1 pass to another, 1000, 10000 ppl know abt it. no more frens.
though i wana to talk to someone badly. i was actually texting when she said it. lucky hvn send. hmm.**
Previously (hours ago b4 know e results), Mum still said she allowed me to go to JJ's concert le (on9 fren got online tic, need to buy from her $78.) happy x3. then it was sad when know this bad news. Started to cry in her presence when ....
she called Aunt, telling her this bad news, when she mentioned that I want to go to work, coz wana go to JJ's concert. b4 she mentioned coz i want to go to JJ concert, i told her to shut up... then she put down e phone. she told me frm living room (im in my room) aiya, tell aunt la, she'll give u money to go 1.
then i said how would i still want to go... 我那里可能还要去看演唱会!?
my throat got 'stuck', so didnt complete my sentence nor say clearly. then started crying. then mum came to my room, console me n say must be strong. aiya, still kept crying n sneezing la. when at bed, still tears dropping.... next day need to go polyclinic ask more details.
next day morning when i woke.... still tearing. continued to sleep, with difficulty. need to wait for bro to come back home, then go polyclinic tgt. he n mum needs to have injection. in e end bro dun wan, no courage perhaps. wasted our time. raining somemore. grrrr. so travelled to polyc.. reg 1st. wow so qiao, e girl at e reg counter same as e previous time we went.. mum can go take injection str.away de, but she wana see doc, in case. e girl appeared sorry, when my mum said i got it (e disease)?...
FINALLY our turn. my mum showed e doctor her letter 1st. doc said she dun haf e disease, can take e injection. doc duno said wad thing, *"i don't know leh", then laughs." *punch* then mum showed her my letter, saying my daughter v pitiful leh.. then e doc read it. "aiya u hor"...
"ur daughter doesnt have it". omg?? true??!!?? 谢天谢地！she said coz i took e injection when i was a baby, then still got e resistance power (还有抵抗力). she then asked which year i was born... mum oso mention about bro... he last time oso got e injection arh. well, his immunisation not enuf. sth lik this.
anw, heaved a sigh of relief!!!!!!! 吓坏我了啦！i kept smiling... =) heng ah. phew x3!
then smsed Dad, who was at work, abt it............. gota inform my 2 aunts n 1 fren of my mum. she told just these ppl abt I GOT E HEPATITIS. =|
btw, mine is ticked against...

anw, itz a huge relief! i think i dun dare to touch laptop for v long ever again. maybe say say only. ahem.
still not relieved totally though, still scared. n think maybe got other big illness. perhaps my kidneys got problem. my back do feel a little pain. =O
say i got the incurable disease, in e end, im e safest among!!!

Stage 1A (12 Jan) - 代表自己的歌

C1 Adrian - 不完美
perhaps / most likely he's the 1st contestant who faced so many ppl, he got nervous n forgot the lyrics. he started well, then at e 2nd/3rd sentence, he started to 4gt e lyrics. he seemed "sighs", evn shook his head! at e chorus, he regained. awarded 20.5 out of 40. but i think his singing is not bad de. nice voice ^^
well, his singing tt he did not perform v well... actually suits e title of e song leh >>> 不完美. ^^
behind e scenes was.... evybody started crying... ^^
C2 Rachel Chua - 第一天
admire her! lol. she can make e atmosphere so high, by herself! i kept wow-ing.
C3 Rachel Lim - I Believe (石欣卉)
when i 1st heard e title "I Believe", i immediately tot of Van Fan's... but it isnt his. she can go v 高音 1, xian mu~~ hmmm her chinese isnt v good, so she had difficulty in pronouncing n singing e chinese characters. hmm, i cant see this point when she's singing leh. hmm.
C4 Shelly - 一个人的精彩
she concentrated too much on her dance steps... said by e judges.
C5 Jarod - I Believe (范逸臣)
oo haha! really Van de "I Believe" liao.
omg, he started de pitch so so so high! im thinking wow, then how he continue later!? hmmm his own style. "只告诉自己 I Believe" de "I Believe" he sang high, nicely! hmmm, judges said he 感动人. Xiaohan laoshi even gave him 9.5 out of 10 marks! coz she said hearing him sing rmds her of her family or sth. he's awarded highest point of 31.5 in total. WOW! hmm i think e judges might be only biased coz he's cute. *unsure* on 2nd hear, his voice isnt very stable, n quite 抖...
C6 Joselin - 那又如何
a rock girl... the attitude is there but she's not open enuf.

e 'storyline' of "全场哭成一团"..... emotional de me, cried with them too... *teary* =.=
they said Adrian is like their big brother. cant bear him getting out, no one to take care of them anymore... (参赛者的泪，不为自己，反为他们的老大而落。)
there's actually a group of 评判团 who will 判断 who will be out, this will not affect e actual results la.
out of the 6 contestants, 4 of them went into the 安全区 1st, which oso means they got into the next round la..
for this round, 1st four to go in, in order: Rachel Chua, Joselin Ng, Jarod Lee, Rachel Lim.

2 ppl underwent the 残酷淘汰方式, that is, they have to 清唱 a song. this round their elimination song is 童话 by 光良, contestants are Adrian and Shelly. Whose mic which suddenly have no voice is OUT!
hmmm they must be feeling v v nervous ^^
as more expected, Adrian is OUT of the competition (until revival round). He appeared calm, instead it's Shelly who's more 'teary' (well, for subsequent rounds, it's always like this. e person who's out did not cry, n e other who went in cried.)
hmm all others cried too... another one would be me =.=

judges said she improve alot, coz last time she always like use shout de, this time she got e soft side. honestly i think her singing not v nice, though itz good. =.-
C2 Jeremy - 彩虹
hmmm somehow think hear him sing will have goosebumps ^^
C3 Jiamin - 灰姑娘
yew, maybe coz i dun like e song type, so dun like her singing... but her singing was def superb: by judges.
C4 Rachael - 勇气
honestly i think her singing is e best among e earlier contestants, but she got e least point so far. maybe im biased, coz i like this song, n i got to know her thru her blog 1st and tag her n comm.
She's quite strong as her mum has alrdy passed away. b4 it shows on css (introduction of them), i alrdy knew it thru her blog. wana cry when i read her post, n when i saw on tv...
well, but sometimes / most of the time, it isnt really good to let ppl feel touched towards things like death, just lik composition...
said that when she rehearsed, she couldnt even complete singing e song, n alrdy broke out in tears. but during e competition, she managed to sing out all.
comments by judge is that do not use ur hand to touch ur hair while singing, will affect e singing. *ooh*
C5 Ridhwan - 就是我
as i've anticipated, he sang JJ's song (his fav singer's) ^^
halfway, he 4gt part of his lyrics, but regained v fast. when he's being interviewed on y he 4gt e lyrics, he said he's not concentrating, but couldnt give an answer what he was thinking of.
"Xiao Han gave an encouraging score of 7.0, seeing that he's a non-Chinese and hence may have difficulty in remembering the lyrics, and also that Ridhwan was the only contestant in this episode who danced along with singing."
honestly i love his singing. maybe im biased again >> coz of JJ.
one of his audition vids is kinda funny... he said he wana sing JJ's "sarangheyo zhi dui ni shuo", he ended up singing "kong qiu qian" unknowingly...
C6 Benita - 心动
singing is nice. lol, judges commented on her high heels, n that's she hunchback. my mum said v paiseh 1 lor... ^^.
Results
this round is better in that they didnt cry that much as compared to prev week.
for this round, 1st four to go in, in order: Yap Jia Min, Benita Cheng, Jeremy Teng, Rachael Zhang.

2 ppl underwent the 残酷淘汰方式... this round their elimination song is 遗失的美好 by 张韶涵, contestants are Mavis and Ridhwan. this time is whose mic which suddenly change voice is OUT!
unexpectedly Ridhwan, who scored the lowest, went in. It's Mavis who's out...
also, Mavis is more calm than Rid. when Rid was being interviewed, he said honestly i like Mavis' singing very much... n didnt expect her to go out instead. (when i read someone's comments on his FC blog, e person said that he sounded sarcastic...)
well, congrats Rid for entering the next round, unexpectedly. acually his mum who support him actually spent more than 1000 smses to vote for him! (omg!!! it means $600++. omg mad!! [each vote is 60cents])
Stage 2A (2 Feb) - 我最爱的科目

C1 Shelly - 星光
Said that she 4gt the lyrics a little. opps, i didnt realise it. evn she's not sure. she said 好像是吧 when being interviewed. well, i think her tune n some keys arent correct. the judges said so too.. but on 2nd hear, dun rly think so le.. awarded 19.0, which is actually a fail, n lowest point so far.
bhind e scenes comments by Xiao Han laoshi: this song is actually a sad song, but she make it too cute (by her dance steps), so it's not appropriate.
C2 Jeremy - 豆浆油条
aha.... Xiao Han laoshi gave e comments, i cant uds. wad his singing 跟 song title 一样又像豆浆又像油条。太油腻了... oso said he's over-confident that he sounds insincere.
rofl, Lin Qi Yu laoshi oso said he do not uds wad Xiao Han is talking about. hmm his comment is that Jeremy is too alike JJ. (my mind thinking "huh, 会咩？")
C3 Joselin - 热情的沙漠
omg, choose such an old song! again, said attitude is there, but would be better if she's more open.
C4 Ridhwan - 空秋千
aha nice choice of song xP singing is v nice. *ahem, is it my bias again?!* special starting of sitting down 1st. comments by judges: mic is held too far from his mouth. by XiaoHan: song is too safe. hope he will choose more challenging songs subsequently. well, i agree la, this song dun rly have 高音... awarded 27.0, same as Joselin. cool, a tie created.
C5 Rachel Lim - 月牙湾
as usual, for me, like her singing. good at singing 高音 parts. she did some actions which e judges mentioned about, saying they are weird n not natural. actually i always see Faye (F.I.R.) doing this action... Rachel said itz Peter lao shi who teaches her to do the actions de, and also seeing e MV.

Felicia Chin (host) ask him wad was his school. he stumbled a few seconds, er 聚英中学~ haha, cool! my previous sec sch ^^ was a little surprised, not tt i didnt know it but only coz i 4gt about it. actually i know it frm a schoolmate last time. but 4gt abt it. aha hmm yeah... ^^ (my mind is thinking... arh? dun tell me he studied till sec sch, jiu stop education? ｏ．Ｏ)
abt e sec sch, Pornsak (host) duno is joking or ignorant says "giant baby"?
Jing said no, is 把所有的英才聚在一起. WOOTS! xD

hmmm i like his live singing more than his CD version, which is scary to me. too high pitched... (one of e reasons y i dun like 张信哲, who is 靖伦的偶像... if 靖伦 is older, i might not like him liao. again, im biased, i know...)
i admit that thru his performance on css that i like him more. :] ooh ya, plus his performance on ShengSiong, he oso sang these 2 songs (月光 & 缺席) at tt time.
for this round, 1st three to go in, in order: Ridhwan Azman, Jeremy Teng, Joselin Ng.
Rid appeared happy/touched when he's e 1st one to be in. Hosts asked him how different he felt, as last week he was among e last ones. ^^
hmmm, he always like to say "ya, ya, ya". LOL.
omg, Jeremy... his face 变得很厉害 sia！at 1st he looked down n sad... when he's announced that he's in, his face changed to happy almost immediately~
last few: Joselin, Rachel, Shelly. said to be the bestest frens. host said "S.H.E."
but too bad, 1 of them still have to be out... appeared teary when Joselin was IN.

i was actually scared that Rachel might be out.
e 2 judges predicted it was Shelly who will be out from e start. n they are right.
Shelly was out, as more expected. said tt she did cry bhind e scenes just now, coz her score is 偏低的... when she's announced out, she still smiled. n ya, no need to think, Rachel cried...
omg!! those C1 is damn unlucky! per week, it was C1 who's out. (i dun think i realise it till i see e css3 forum on it)
Stage 2B (9 Feb) - 我最爱的科目

Jia Min edged out others in her scores due to her consistent performance. Jarod, the contestant with the highest score to date, unexpectedly scored lowest in this episode. Benita had an asthma attack at the Far East Plaza event last Saturday and that might have affected her performance. Generally, contestants chose the same genre of songs and judges commented that it was time to see contestants picking up other genres to challenge themselves. Jarod also escape from eliminated as he has the lowest mark for the night

the 2 hosts said they are quite surprised that these 2 are standing there. lol.
oh ya, e 3 judges all change their prediction to Aijia, though her score is better than Jarod. they are right. Aijia is out =[ i think she really sing better than Jarod this time... Comment by judge during e competition is that she should choose a different type of song. hmm yeah true she kept choosing those songs which are high (can bring up atmosphere de) aha, xiao di di (as ppl call him) still in xD
i think he didnt cry out loud, but of coz teary. n Aijia still smiled...

my 1st reaction - OMG! 又是林俊杰的歌!? (omg, JJ Lin's song again!? not that i. sick of JJ hor!) he still sings well, but i think he deproves. his score is same as previous time though. i think this time he's quite nervous, 唱到没力气.... some parts like breathing...

Rachel Lim achieved an amazing score of 30.0 after a wonderful performance. She is the third person, after Jarod and Jia Min, to have ever obtained a score of at least 30. Format of this episode was also different, with the teachers whom the songs were dedicated to, invited on stage for an interview after each contestant's performance. Benita's teacher was the only one who were not able to attend due to overseas commitments, but the teacher pre-recorded a video.

(1st time im watching Live On Web. watch on e site. i got real real real excited!! Alrdy at e site b4 e live-on-web starts. waiting while i watch e prev vids - last week's which i hvn watch yet. there's some voting taking place at e site, which contestant is the most sporty, healthy, n jovial... cant rly rmb. for jovial, voted for Jarod of coz ^^ other 2 dun rly know who to vote for...
when live on web starts (10min b4 competition starts), i got abit blur. i see must log in to duno wad. then after downloading the Octoshape thingy then can work le. no need to do anything coz straightaway logged in to my mediacorp acc (nick is "lihui"), whew no need pw coz 4gt wad le. - excited - eh, y no sound!? then duno how, a while got le. Details of event: 14 Feb 2009 at Jurong Point at 6pm(Valentine’s Day~ sweet!)
Another place is at Northpoint at 2pm on the same day, of coz I went to e one nearer to mine, which is at JP~ juz abt 20min bus ride.
I still rmb when I 1st know he will be having a/s in JP, uncfmed & duno e date, was on a Friday.
Dun haf concert ticket for him to sign, juz 凑凑热闹 =P =
that time was the exam period somemore! but so wasted if I dun go, coz so near my place. I dun study, anyway~ hmm, I brought my dbms textbk to read in e library b4 e event, depending on the situation. I went there few hours earlier… on the bus, I received my on9 fren, Josephine’s sms, asking me if she could join me. I said of coz can~ I'm quite surprised coz she said she’s attending the one in NP. at 1st we are meeting, then not meeting coz she n her frens went NP de, so I went alone. now I got company again :D she with her fren. 1st time meeting Josephine, but 2nd time meeting on9 fren~~
when I reached there, I see there’s another activity going on, couples thingy, since it’s Valentine’s. not wanting to watch, I went to the library. on e way, still inside the shopping centre, met my sec sch fren Caroline. I'm on the way to there, while she jus came back from there. ahem. I didn’t tell her that I came here is for JJ’s a/s actually (she's oso not zhui xing type)… we chatted for a while, about sch n stuff, since she JC n me Poly. she said she’s slacking a lot as well. she then mentioned that our fren Jenni would be celebrating her bday the next day in Jenni’s house. Caroline asked me if I want to come along, but I keep insisting no, she then said dun wan to force me… halfway, I received Josephine’s sms again, then I kept fidgeting. we parted after a while, perhaps chatted for 10min? not sure... actually I dun wan to talk. =x she English-speaking de, n my English not good.
I then smsed Josephine about e situation, asking her to sms me when she arrived here. went to lib lvl 3 to read my textbk. so sian… kept yawning n wanting to fall aslp. well, cant concentrate, n kept looking at hp for msg. then finally got a msg, I then “packed bag” n went out le, staying outside lvl 3 to wait for Josephine. duno how she looks lik, so jus looking arnd at e staircase n lift, but no sign of anyone looking for ppl de. after 15-20min later, still no one, I then smsed her, she said she alrdy at lvl 3 inside lib, but I jus couldn’t see anybody. *frantic*when use call de, oso no luck. then she finally said she will go jp to help me cop place 1st ^__^ I began to walk to jp le.
e earlier event not yet ended, so I jus stood there to watch it for a while. when it ended, e person said later at 6, there will be …… JJ Lin!!! then ppl started to scream, I jus smiled, mind v happy :D some staff put down a big piece of thingy on the floor, JJ de. I tot it’s a carpet, later then know it’s the banner to put on e “wall”. I began to step forward n stood there le. it was at arnd 4+pm bah. haf to keep standing till it starts at 6 or later =o jus staring~~
e place I stood… shld be quite a good view. wont be blocked by anyone bah. coz e middle there is the escalator~
while at there…
- a girl (shorter than me) stood in front in of / bside me, well I didn’t say anything abt it (her cutting queue)… she then began to ask me if I have bought JJ concert ticket. I said no, n she too, only凑凑热闹. then oso started to talk about other things le. She’s from China (I ask this stupid qn lol). Age (she’s 4 years old older than me, she said 看不出, meaning I look older!? well, I said that myself). we linked to talking abt皮肤. QQ or MSN…
- met Pei Shan (JY’s sister), she said huh!? u wan to see ah? siao, wait so long. ^^
- continued smsing Josephine. lol, she kept replying short answers, n I oso duno how to look for her. once, I tot I saw her (anyhow judge ppl), then I ask her if she was bside a guy wearing yellow shirt, she said not. lol. then finally I said think dun wan to meet le bah. (I'm alrdy in gd spot, if I go off, later no space liao) but still I kept on the lookout for her throughout though…
A person from JJFC said only those with concert tickets can queue… but I didn’t budge. actually the place I stood (right side) wont get affected, the other side then is for those who have tickets. lucky I stood at correct place~

When the songs are being played, I’m thinking, if only I’m in kbox now, singing these songs by JJ. coz at that time, my wish to sing many of JJ’s songs in kbox not fulfilled yet~ oso thinking it will be good if I’m at Mayday’s open concert where I can sing e songs out loud tgt with e other fans.
another thinking is: eh y didn’t play those songs in the album “Sixology”, but more of his old songs… then I rmbed this is concert ticket a/s, not his album a/s, lol. ^__^

then oso talk abt e guests and e 模仿 thingy. that time still hvn disclose de guests bah?... shld be =x he did some funny actions, lik act lik phoning 张学友 n duno who~ I think he did this b4 he sang “我还想她”, then after e song, JJ said 张学友 is not free to attend e concert. lol~ hmm I 4gt if he did模仿 some ppl. =x

ok, smsing with Josephine again. she’s going to sistic (oasis lounge @ lvl 3). I asked her if I mus start queueing. she said meet her at lvl 3. then I went up le. Not really sure whether it’s that place, just stood there while waiting for her. her reply was that she’s also lost too. *gosh la, short answers again, at a loss* after a while started to look for her, think we were on the phone liao. many ppl… finally saw someone, duno it’s telepathy or what (since we hv not met b4), we sort of know it’s each other. I made by asking whether she’s Josephine. then really it’s her. hahaha~
at that time, I spotted someone else! it’s Hui Min~ lol. sort of surprised but no time to even say a word. she wore make-up! wahas. I then brought Josephine to the Oasis Lounge, not 100% sure that it’s the place where we can buy the ticket. Ok, it turned out right. She will be buying 2 tickets, 1 for herself n 1 for her fren. She said me lo, oso dun wan her to help me buy 1. I repeated aiya dun wan la… she mentioned that eh, 1 person can only get one signature rite? Then she asked me if I can help her with one ticket, haha of coz ok la.
As we talked, a female came in and asked us whether it’s the place to buy e concert tickets. We said ya, n think we talked a little, mostly between her n Josephine. She had jus arrived here in sg, then she heard abt this a/s. she asked abt how many tickets are we buying… then we said 2. After a while, she ask if we can give her a ticket to let jj to sign. She said coz she’s sure she wont have time to go to the concert, she only wanted to get photos. (diao, she’s willing to spend so much jus to get photos!? *Mad*) then Josephine said ok lo. She thanked us.
Ok turn to order the tickets. Ok 2 tickets, $78 each de. Asked which seats she wanted, then she asked some qns, I think in the end, asked e person to randomly choose the seats. Ok finally paid for and done. Hurry up! Think a/s ending liao~~ I walked in front of them down the escalator. When they were down, she (e other female) asked me if I’m alright to let her go up n get his signature while I help her to take the photos. Well, I couldn’t say cannot or I dun let rite? Then jus say ok. Mind thinking, haiz *cant get on stage to see JJ n shake his hands liao* Gah!
Then they “rushed” in front and queued up. *think no more queue actually* wah, Josephine still asked me to help her put the bandage on her hand, think she still hvn recovered fully yet. *my mind was thinking of another reason, ahem* I sort of duno how lol. Also e female told me no need le, she can take the photos. Argh, felt extra then! N she went up the stage. When I was done with put the bandage on Josephine’s hand, host Ma Li sdnly said the last one (to get signature) omg, scare me sia. I tot Josephine couldn’t get his signature liao. Lucky in the end still can.

After that I then went to look for both of them on the left side. I could only see e other female. She said she had been looking for us, asked me to pass the ticket to Josephine as she could not find her. Oh ok. Hmm, then I asked her if she could send me the photos, she said not clear but I said nvm. Then she asked how. I said get each other’s hp no., I later than sms her my email so that she can send to. Ok done. Think a while Josephine looked for us le. Ok e female kept thanking us -_- then went off.
Wait, I 4gt abt JJ, he said a short speech then made his way off…
Josephine and I stayed back to take photos (only of “fake JJ”). Of coz there were some others too. The poster still hanged on the stage not yet removed. Lol, e staff kept blocking ppl, then ppl asked him to excuse… hmmm, then in front the table not removed, so quite diffi to get good photos. There was a couple, then asked me/us to help her capture them while they stood (down the stage) lol, lik kept blocking JJ (poster). Asked them go left then right, then finally settled. Asked us whether we want to take as well, n they helped us, then we said no need. Then we only took JJ on the poster… I also took out my almost useless hp to take some. Hmm, oso cant transfer to laptop or do what, so jus took for fun. (Anw, I set it as wallpaper of hp for quite some time. Other photos not used de, I oso cant bear to delete, so jus left it in hp. Well n now hp not working, so…)
Ok then we finally went out of JP, talked while walking la. Ok then she wanted to go to causeway point to queue up for the next event (ToGetHer – Jiro Wang, Rainie Yang, George Hu) which is actually 1 week away! Oh well, I'm not v sure that there were really ppl queuing up overnight for the event le… wadeva. She asked me whether I know how to get there. Well, in e end, she said she’ll take taxi. Hmmm ok, n I went to take my bus to go home le. Think was quite late alrdy, reaching 9pm or later *I cant rmb by now* while on the bus, I smsed the female my email, and she said she’ll send them asap, oso thanked us again. Lol. Then I kept staring at the photos I took. Hahs. but of coz not nice de.
Ok, that was my Valentine’s Day~ How special :D

Ok, but little did I expect that at last I was able to go to the concert (n got the signature)! His concert was on 28 Mar mahx. Then next day 29 Mar, there’s FLH a/s. Josephine wanted to queue for FLH’s event, so didnt want to go to the concert alrdy. She’s willing to give me the ticket free (1 for me, n e other can give Maleena) 算是我先开口的，asked her… since she’s not going, oso waste tickets, y dun give me free?~~ hahs. =$
