Sighs, later there's school. need to set off at 9.30am. n so, supposed to wake up at 8.30am. now is alrdy 4.20am, n i hvn went to bed yet... m i not going to bed!? well, i duno, basically im still wasting time now. hvn really looked thru books or sch sites...

It is a bored one. Stayed at home alone doing nothing. (No plans anyway)

Mum and bro went to cousin's house at Tampines (directly opposite, so far T^T) to ask cousin to help do bro's hmwk. I'm not allowed to use the Net, so I only use laptop offline. What did I do?

Of coz is listening n singing, and playing minesweeper!
Grrrrrr, after I clicked "Best Times...", I accidentally clicked on "Reset scores", and so my previous timings are deleted! T^T

I rmb my "beginner" score is 4 seconds. (woots) Can't rmb the score for "intermediate" and "expert". Ahhh sad, but anyway, just play... Tried so many times, won for beginner (6sec) and intermediate (46sec). As for expert, i duno y i just couldnt win!!! So i played minesweeper for the whole day but didnt win for expert. grrrr!

Just try my luck then. ^^

They came back together with Dad quite late at night. Sianz!!!
Mum still said "2dae" was my 天下 coz I'm alone for the day. 才怪！Also nth to do. =[

So that was my day. So boring!

I only got online on the 26th. and so i missed all of u all's greetings to me. Sorry evyone for not wishing back, haha!

Fahrenheit Fei Lun Hai
Absolute Supermen!

In the entertainment circle for more than 3 years, idol group Fahrenheit (Wu Zun, Chen Yi Ru, Wang Dong Cheng and Yan Ya Lun) which is popular throughout Asia, is going to bring their Fantasy World Tour concert to Singapore this coming Friday (19th)!

Last month on the 17th, Da Dong (Jiro) was unable to come to Singapore to promote due to his serious injury in his legs, Fahrenheit only can receive this magazine’s interview under the “3 without 1“ situation.

Luckily afterwards through the singing company’s arrangement, finally on Monday (8th), they had the exclusive distant phone call from Taiwan with Da Dong, let him guarantee his fans, who are worried about his injury, on his own, that he will surely present a perfect performance on the coming concert.

At the same time, they have busy lifestyles since stepped into the entertainment circle, even Wu Zun who’s nicknamed “Superman” wants to shout “tired already”……

2nd stop concert
This year 26th and 27th September, Fahrenheit held their Fantasy World Tour concert in Hong Kong as the 1st stop.

As to now people doubt whether they have enough songs to support a concert, Fahrenheit admits that although they only have 2 albums (the 3rd album officially out only next year Jan), they will use their sincerity and hard work to complete this world tour.

Youngest Ya Lun states that, “Because we only have 2 albums, so everybody will have many suspicions towards us holding a concert… however, we spent a lot of effort to prepare concerts, we know that this is a challenge to us, but we are very willing to challenge ourselves.”

Instead, aged oldest Wu Zun thinks that groups growing rapidly in 3 years is the biggest reason why this concert is held “earlier”.

“Actually if you see most singers, probably the time they need to hold a concert is slightly longer… but because what we did in 3 years is probably equivalent to the amount of work others did in four, five years, so as to speak, our growth is faster.”

The pressure and the amount of work the four of them have to take far exceed what most people can think of.

For instance, in preparation for the concerts, while the four of them did their respective jobs, since the start of May, they also had to begin practising the dances of 2 songs everyday. No wonder even “Superman” Wu Zun had to admit that his brain used to memorise the dance steps is going to burst!

As to which part of this concert they like most, Ya Lun immediately states that, “I like four of us’ “Superb” opening very much, full of vital and energy! Moreover, at the time when we did the MV of this song, I was unable to dance (injured), only the 3 of them jumped… so now we finally can complete this dance as a whole.”

Even injured Da Dong did not care about his injury, says that he must treasure every performance’s opportunity, “Because we finally have gotten this opportunity, so I don’t wish that the performance is not exciting, or not perfect enough because of my injury… I hope this performance is complete, I promise I will do my best to perform!”

Da Dong’s body the weakest?
Taking the chance that Jiro was not here, the reporter thought that he could get some “bad words” and grumbles about Da Dong from the 3 of them, to think that the 3 of them were very “united”, supporting Da Dong who was absent.

The only complaint about Da Dong that they have is probably his weak body.

Yi Ru: “He’s really very worse, he always waits until his health situation gets very bad before he can take a holiday.”

Ya Lun: “Yes, Da Dong is most pitiful, his stomach is often very weak, has stomach upset easily… Moreover, ever since I went to this company and knew Da Dong, it seems that he did not stop acting in shows before, can say that he has much endurance.

Wu Zun: “There’s also the what dry eyes illness…”

When Da Dong heard the reporter asking the other 3 members about the complaints towards his health, he immediately agrees and states that, “It’s really true, among the four of us, it seems that only I have the least amount of rest, continuously acting in dramas, because have little rest, thus body cannot accommodate, and gets sick easily.”

He states that the reason why he is so busy, other than he himself is a type of person who must have something to do, it is also because he does not know how to reject others.

“I like this kind of energetic life very much, doesn’t know how to reject others, that is, thinks that I must complete the jobs in the fastest time possible, also do not know that I need to rest. Moreover, the economy is so hectic now, how possible not to do jobs well?”

Actually, Da Dong is afraid that once he rejects a chance, the chance will not “come on its own” anymore, thus gets tired till sick.

However, he says that in order not to let other members and his mother - who makes soup for him everyday - worry, after going through the injury this time, he surely will take good care of himself.

Looking at each other’s points after 3 years
When the reporter requires the four of them to talk about each other’s growth and changes since stepped into the entertainment circle, quick-tongued Yi Ru gives the most complete answer.

“Da Dong represents vital and energy; Wu Zun is responsible; Ya Lun is attentive; as for me, I’m friendly. I think that the personalities of every of us make up Fahrenheit, gives others a group feel. At first when everybody looks at us, maybe think that we look alike, because the company must make our appearances look handsome, but after you really get near us, you will notice that we got different personalities.

Ya Lun admits that he is more sunshine than before, not so depressed as before (Wu Zun interrupted, “He was depressed prince.”): “Yi Ru is quite funny when he talks, let all of us laugh heartily; Wu Zun - he’s between shy and active, but also quite complete, his image alone on the screen is also very real; Da Dong is very open, actually he is a type of person who gets nervous easily, but on the stage his energy and beauty will affect everyone, can say that he’s the biggest power in Fahrenheit on stage!”

Wu Zun: “I also think that we ought to admire his (Jiro’s) this point, he’s capable, he knows how to spur atmosphere, because he’s very high, everybody will get also high! Ya Lun’s beauty on the stage is his singing…… (Ya Lun automatically added “very into the songs“), correct, he’s very into the songs when he sings, he’s also a person who gets nervous easily, but will not be nervous once on the stage. It is very difficult to fight with Calvin when speaking, luckily we have more resistance now… he is very eloquent, response is very fast, can consider walk the hosting route.”

Da Dong: “Calvin will bring laughter for us, which is when we are very tired, he will be at the side telling jokes, because of his existence, many things become very relaxed and at ease; Although Ya Lun’s age is younger, he will give us many utter innocence, let us become younger! Because Wu Zun has his own job, in addition, he’s from another country coming here to develop, so his personality is very mature, has responsibility, like a big brother looking after us (at the other side of the phone suddenly has Wu Zun’s protest at the photograph-taking scene “I’m not so old!”) Haha… He’s as young as me!”

Talk about rumours
Among the Fahrenheit members, Wu Zun and Ya Lun’s news being the most, countering with the media’s rumours, Ya Lun who learns journalism has a self-explanation.

“I think that media talking about rumours is a trend that we have to go through at present, so we (celebrities) have to adjust our feelings, but eventually, it will reach a saturation level, by that time, fans surely will change their taste, when everything is back to square one, it will create a new direction.”

Went to Jurong Point with my mum (bro last minute dun wan go), mainly to see the new building, which I heard from my mum that it is extremely big. Another thing is to pre-order Fahrenheit's 3rd album 越来越爱~ *excited*

Wow, e building's really big! So many special shops seen in other big shopping centres. I'm not really interested. Food, bags, jewellery, accessories, shoes, etc. Well, I dun like shopping anyways~

What we bought is only 2 bread at BreadTalk -_-
Wahh, 好硬哦！^^

At there, it's like walking thru mazes. Got lost a little... Ahh sian la~

Finally went to old building... Went Popular - entered CD Rama. Mum told the person want to order FLH's album. Waited for very long coz got customers. Meanwhile, looked at other albums - last time alrdy got de. So sian. Touched Rainie, Genie albums. (can't rmb liao)

Finally...... the person take out the 预购单 - started to write the details - didn't even clarify anything with us 1st - then we asked how much it is - $18.95 - ok, nice. When I was about to sign my name, I see that the tickbox is ticked "CD + Notebook", and not the above "CD + Concert Ticket + Notebook". I "Eh?" for a while, um asked me correct ornot, i said yes. Stupid me! Then I got disappointed immediately - no more mood as I kept the 预购单 in my bag... Grrrr. Regreted immediately.

Went home, at night listened to 933rank repeat in my room, while kept walking to the living room to see TV (The Sheng Siong show) - waiting for By2's and Energy's performance. Wow, By2 dance really nice~ Got a little disppointed, coz I tot Energy is not going to perform (I think they alrdy returned to TW). Then at the last 5 min b4 e show ends, they appeared. hurray!~~

These 2 [Danson Tang Yu Zhe & Jiro Wang Dong Cheng] are actors from the drama “Rolling Love” (“翻滚吧! 蛋炒饭”). At the start of this show (from where I started to watch, miss out a little [1min or 2] of front part), they talked abt their characters in the drama show. Hmm, not v interesting yet.

Wow! 四个大帅哥 onYLBFB! =P 小猪, 小鬼, 汪东城 and 唐禹哲!!!
(hmm, honestly i still 'seeing' 汪东城 or 唐禹哲 more 帅... well, now on this ylbfb "epi" i see is 汪东城... bt my mum said shld be 唐禹哲... shrugs, i still cant decide who-who.....
for 小猪 & 小鬼, i quite some time ago alr made tis 'decision' that 小鬼 more gd-looking...)

[wen watch tis in e aftnn, i alr tot of wad to sms to jy abt it.. bt tink will bcum rite till v long, bcum a blog! that time 才想到要写bebo blog on it fully....]

in frnt oso gt talk abt jiro having illness.. u all sure noe abt it (that Jiro) le bah.... ha, juz nw say i miss out 1 min or 2, nw wen see repeat, find out i aftnn miss diao less than 1min nia.

well, tink i only sure of 3 of them.
1, oc is tis "rolling love", oso there's "终极一班" & "终极一家".... (few days later den rmb, oh ya, n hana kimi too, duno counted ornt…)

well, the theme for e epi, itz "百分百大对抗"..... ask Danson to “让” Jiro, coz he gt illness.

When the real thing "百分百大对抗” started, I jiu gan shou dao happiness and funniness. the first game is singing. When I heard this, jiu think it will be v nice. Wen heard that they will sing each other’s song, I jiu more excited! i.e. Jiro sing Danson’s song, Danson sing Fahrenheit’s song. i clapped when hear that they gona do in tis way.. * 小鬼 purposely say later Danson wen sing frh's song, sing jiro's part nia, skipping wen e other FRH members sing.. den bcum some words unsang. bt oc wont lik tis la.*

b4 that, ask them to "qiang xia"> in hokkien bahx, i oso duno wad it meant. they duno do wad, den 小猪 n 小鬼 still said they still hvn "qiang xia" (eh, few days later, I came to noe that it shld be purposely make the other side angry by saying bad things of each other)
小猪 make jiro laugh. den jiro said dun make him laugh as he gt stomach pain... I laugh at tis too.

they said that they often sang together at ktv of each other's songs.
jiro began to sing "ai wo".. starting, danson duno say wad. n 小猪 say dun sing till bcum "nong wo"..
jiro's actions when he sings nth much bt i tink itz funny, coz of his expression on his face bah.
after e song, danson jiu comment on it. at 1st he said "e pitch a little..." den jiu stop.. say mei you la, joking, n say itz gd (jiro sang gd).

danson's turn to sing "xin wo".
immediately i tink that jiro sang better... mayb choice of songs?

danson said he nd to "v rush" coz nd to sing four ppl.. n itz so diffi wen he tried to change to girls' voices [S.H.E.'s part].. bt honestly, i cant hear e difference whether he gt use girls' voice...

nxt, determine the winner by hearing e shouts n applause of the fans.
wen i hear, i tink shouts for danson is louder.. bt 小猪 said itz a draw.. =|

nxt, is test their acting skills.
1st is force themselves to cry in 20s... danson 1st, ask him wad bkgd music he wants. Aft music is played n danson start to force himself to cry, funny den! coz 小猪 n 小鬼 purposely make him laugh... danson sdnly sae "bu yao nao le la".. jiu pause e 'game'... den 小猪 said okok, dun disturb u le. danson pt saliva on his hands (duno act or wad)

sdnly sing "nong wo" again.

jiro really "yong xin" sia.. v serious. wen he sae "wo de du zi hao tong" while trying to cry, sad bt funny!

Hmm, so both of them fail in tis task…

den 小鬼 try to cry. wen shout 5-4-3-2-1, 小鬼 shout 'ah!'

den 小猪. wen he nearly drop dw tears le, he sdnly laugh n go away. bt e others say that he's expert in it.

overall, all so funny! their expressions..

Den they say, “cannot see their acting skills based on this (forcing to cry) la.”

nxt they pick out votes, to act out sth. Well, there’re 2ppl, n there’s 3 votes nia.
danson pick out "zai chou yi ci".. so he draw lots again.. actually left 1 vote in it. pick dao "niang niang qiang".. i shout n clap coz i tink he's so suitable! lolx! danson oso said no fresh feeling... coz he acted b4.
jiro pick dao "liu mang".. in a show, jiro oso acted as a/the "lao da" b4... den they (all 4) suggest for they 2 to exchange.

oh great!, gona be funnier! lolx! =P

jiro 1st, as in e earlier task, itz danson 1st. 小猪 demostrated many kinds of "niang niang qiang".. funny!
小鬼 n 小猪 say an idea, den jiro acted it out. so funny!!!!!!! I laugh a lot!

den danson tried to act out his part.. oso involved 小猪 n 小鬼. hmm, i tink 小猪 more like "liu mang" lo! Danson not really look like one.

den see a VCR of one part of "rolling love", showed danson (Leng Lie) n genie (Xiao Shu).. danson proposing to genie, bt genie tot he pitied her.... coz smhw danson “hai” genie in an car accident. so they ask them to act as them, danson as Leng Lie bt act as liu mang, and jiro as Xiao Shu act as “niang niang qiang”. liu mang bei niang niang qiang qiu hun, ha! 小鬼 sort of summarise the story again. Abt the car accident part, 小鬼 said wrongly den danson being reminded of another accident, i.e. he accidentally injure genie while acting in e show. He said itz a "yi wai xi" (accident that is “outside” the show...), wen he said that, his face sort of look like felt guilty… I laugh wen I xiang dao the news…

ask if 小猪 nds to "zhi dao" them. den 小猪 said, u 2 alrdy noe hw to act, so no nd.
jiro really acted so funny, n v lik "niang niang qiang"!

sdnly 小猪 n 小鬼 cut them as they think that it will be endless, n 小鬼 n 小猪 acted. 小猪 took a sch bag from the fans there... 小猪 too kua zhang! jiro said that...

time for them to act. jiro oso “copied” him to use the bag frm e fans. Den, danson ask for a pen frm e fans. n wana put inside his mouth to act as "smoke pipe".. 小鬼 sdnly say duno e pen juz nw do wad wif it de. wen 小猪 ask if gt any weird smell, danson joked that there’s da dong de wei dao. den jiro oso joked that he used it to sign autographs earlier.

(acting…) [opps! I onli can rmb that itz extremely funny!!]
Last part is danson pushed jiro. N kan de chu jiro acts to fall dw, den he touch his own butt in a sissy way. Danson den use 1 bk n wan to beat him.. meens end le. Oso, 小猪 & 小鬼 said end le la, they lik onli play play, nt serious, will be endless.

time for the audience to shout to determine e winner. wen ask if danson act well, no 1 shout and clap.
小鬼 said “hao la, ba wu ya shou qi lai”, 小猪 really do e actions, “take air” and put “it” in his pocket . So extra, bt itz funny!

(Clapping…) again, 小猪 said he is gong ping gong zheng blah blah one. Haiyaya! It meens itz “ping shou” again... I oso guez e results will be this, i.e. a draw. But personally I tink jiro acted better! So like a “niang niang qiang”, n act v funny. :P

next “xiang mu” is ti neng 大对抗... bi wan li.
one left-handed. one right-handed. But they said let each other.
sdnly say both shou shang, hai bi shen me…

finally "settle dw" to start... tink they act act 1.... really v act sia!
jiro seems lik no nd to use body strength, while danson lik use his whole body strength. Weneva jiro gona wins, danson jiu catch up. finally cum to an end, n jiro wins! Aft competing, jiro den show that his stomach's painful.
Hm, finally one “xiang mu” not a draw!...

nxt is geng ge mi de mo qi 大对抗. bt i dun really tink so. itz nth much. Blindfolded. Back-to-back to each other, den walk in frnt 5 steps each, meens 10 steps in btwn themselves. Den danson nearly steps onto the fans! Tis game is using toy swords (v soft) and sees who hits each other 1st jiu win. Danson’s sword touches jiro 1st, bt hao xiang 小猪 n 小鬼 didnt notice. but then, draw again.
Tis game so sian!...

In the end, overall, jiro wins!

Poly Orientation

Day 1 (7/4/08) [13 00 – 17 00]

We were to report to our poly at 1pm. Hui Min and I arranged to meet at 12.25 p.m. at Dover MRT Station. I told myself that I must leave home at 11.20am latest. But I still started travelling at around 11.35am. I waited for the bus for about 15mins, thinking that I would be late for our appointment at 12.25pm.

Halfway on the bus, I saw Kelvin & Chin Kiat (sec 4 classmates) went up the upper deck, same bus as mine. I’m not sure if they had seen me. When I reached Boon Lay bus interchange, I walked very fast out of the bus and went inside the MRT Station. The MRT was already there, and I went inside to sit. Then happened a thing which I feared of, that is the 2 boys boarded the same train as me, and we were on the same cartridge! They stood and did not face me, so I suppose they did not notice me. (However, I got the feeling that Kelvin had long ago noticed me since he boarded the bus with Chin Kiat.) When CK noticed me, the train had already started moving, if I remember correctly. Well, I felt more relaxed when I knew that both of them had already found out I’m on the same train with them.

When I/we reached Dover, it was only 12.15pm. So, I’m not late for meeting Hui Min, and she had not arrived yet. The moment after I tapped my card, I was quite shocked to see lots of people outside, supposedly waiting for their friends, etc. I just stood there to wait for Hui Min. After quite a long time, she came. Perhaps I was engrossed in thinking about sth, I didn’t notice HM had tapped card until she walked in front of me. Before that, I saw Hoe Khang and greeted him and told him that Kelvin & CK are already inside. I also saw Yiting, but I don’t think she saw me. Anyway, she just walked passed me w/o smiling/greeting me.

HM and I went inside (to go inside SP). I saw some of my schoolmates/classmate (Min Er, Jessica, Sandy, Eric, blah x3) but did not greet/talk to them at all.
HM’s meeting place is at the convention centre, while mine is at the auditorium. They are also quite near to each other. I need to go down the stairs, but hers is on the same level. Since it was still early (about 25min before 1pm), we stood outside together first. We looked like we were waiting for friends, but in fact, we were waiting for time to pass by. After a while, HM’s friends came, and soon HM and I separated. And I made my way to the auditorium.

Oh my god, I’m so alone and I’m not sure what to do! Another set of stairs down, there were some SP students/staff, but I’m not sure whether I need to go down and register. Of course there’s no one I can ask. Eh, even if there was, I’m sure I don’t dare to ask. I saw some schoolmates I know, but they don’t know me. Well, I’m also not sure if they know. I just stood there for quite a long time for further instructions. There also were some girls who were alone. I wanted to approach them, but of course I don’t dare to do so. Stood beside me was a girl who looked quite friendly, but I don’t dare to start talking to her either. Shrugs, no use! So I just continued to stand there. Time seemed to pass by very slowly! After some time, I saw Stephanie Ger, Huang Ying and Mei Ling (from 4E2), and greeted and talked to them. I felt disappointed when they told me they do not belong here, that means their assembly area was not same as me. They walked away.
I thought of SMSing HM but SMSed to Jia Yi instead. Her orientation started on that day too, much much much earlier than me!


Finally, 1 o’clock! or 1 plus pm. There were movements. I’m not really sure what to do though. But I think they were queuing up. There were three lines, and I think different courses (total: 5 courses) must stand in different rows. Whew, a person approached me and asked for my course, and she told me that mine was in the second line. There were people who were not sure where to line up. Finally, all (or almost) settled down, I mean stood. I was quite behind in line, perhaps in the middle. I saw the people in front getting a file and a small piece of paper. I wonder what that is. After getting those things, we needed to go into a room, but I think most of the people in front did not know that. (I dun really know too!) When it was my turn, I showed the person the Student Pass, and then I got the file and the small piece of paper. The paper showed the block/room where we were supposed to have our SPICE training the next day, but actually we already knew it. It also showed where we were supposed to go to do the Flag Day on the 10th (April). Mine’s Yishun. First reaction of mine: Omg, so far away! Need to reach there by 7.30am sia!...

Then I went inside the room (theatre bah…). The people (later know that they are from SMIT, whatever that is) immediately asked for our course to let us know where we were going to sit. [My course is DBIT.] I suppose I said BIT, and the person heard as DIT, which is another course. So I sat at the wrong place unknowingly. *No wonder I got a weird feeling.* I realized so when I saw the person sitting beside me taking the small paper saying DIT. Ahh, don’t know what to do again, whether to remain seated or stand up and asked for directions. When a guy was near me, I stood up and asked him, and I was led to the place where the DBIT students were. Phew, finally I sat at the correct seat. Perhaps I “xin li zuo yong”, but I felt more comfortable.

The people in my row sat alternatively (1 person, 1 space, 1 person, 1 space, 1 person [me], spaces………… 1 person). Soon, the programme started. During the whole programme (about 4 hours), I did not talk at all. The programmes were mainly games, performances, talks and briefings. Well, I don’t really enjoy the performances much coz they were quite boring.

As for the games, I’m still okay with them. It’s quite scary (I mean I’m scared), coz they were asking for volunteers and most of the time, pulling people to go on stage. Luckily, I’m not being called. The first ‘game’ was beat-boxing and rapping. There were 1 Beat-boxer and a few rappers. They were to rap while the person does the beat-boxing. The ‘host’ was humorous coz he said they must wear the shirt in order to rap and to wear the “blink-blink” (some sort of necklace with a shiny ‘jade’) to have more power to rap. At the mention of the “blink-blink”, all (or most) of us would laugh. In the end, the loudness of the claps and applause determines the winner. The prize for the winner is to do one rap again. (diao!)

Another game is scavenger hunt, that is, the host read out a few things (one particular thing at a time la, not read out all and have a “memory game”) and we were to run down the stairs and go onto the stage. We were separated into 3 teams (actually the seats were already in 3 parts). The scores depend on sometimes, the largest number of people, sometimes the fastest group to send someone down. So actually this game doesn’t involve teamwork, just individual. For me, the things were not applicable, coz I don’t have them. I remembered one was a 10-cent coin which comes from 1998, but I check my purse, but all my 10-cent coins were from other years. In the end, my team scored the whole points, but of coz, no prizes. However, the host concluded that every team was a winner.

The last game (again, picking people to go onto stage) we had was “Guess It”, something like ‘charade’. Two people (1 boy, 1 girl) were asked from each group, this makes 10 people on stage. The words (and pictures) were shown on the screen, and 1 does the acting, while the other does the guessing (back-facing the screen of coz). The themes were actions, characters, celebrities, TV shows, etc. I’m not sure whether the host did it on purpose. The ‘it’ refers to what he said “Ok, let’s start the first word “drowning”. Opps, he already read out the word! but I don’t think the contestants heard it. In the end, he said it’s the trial round. To me, the host already made himself clear that one group one turn, but all the contestants acted together. In the end, the rule was changed, and became all groups do the actions together and see who guess it first. Whenever one got it (got the answer right), I got the feeling that they were cheating. Perhaps they mouthed the word to the person who was guessing. Well, we also don’t know if they were cheating. One group did not get any answer correct, but they were awarded 2 points for consolation. The host purposely kept asking for their current points. Whenever this group was asked, everybody laughed. The prizes for the winner group were stress balls and M&N chocolates. In the end, the two of them danced.
Hmm, I wonder why all the people who went on stage were all so daring and high, like not feeling shy at all!...

Wow, I wrote so many paragraphs (three) of the games we played. Eh, they were not played continuously la. I just wrote them together.

During the break, I remained inside and did not go outside. I don’t know what the real reason too, “perhaps” I’m lazy, not hungry, scared too troublesome. Should be scared will feel lost bah.

For the welcome addresses and briefings, I did not pay full attention to them. I was also not very sure what they were talking about. (During all these programmes, I SMSed to Hui Min and Jia Yi.)

The next biggest event was Flag Day, held 3 days later. There was a talk on it, of coz. Before that, a video, which was from last year, was shown to us. Everyone exclaimed and laughed when it showed an old auntie. She had many stickers (flags) on the plastic bag of hers. She said she saw the students working so hard, so she helped them, donating 10 or 20 cents. I suppose they donated coins to every student she saw.

When the programmes were ending, Hui Min SMSed me to ask me where I was and that she was at the Dover. Then, gang hao, it ended. I replied, telling her so and asked her if she had gone off or wanted to wait for me. Then she said she would wait for me. I headed to the MRT station. If I’m not so rushed, I might go and find my block, which I was supposed to go the next morning.

So we made our way to the platform. Full of people! Suddenly I turned and saw Phay Ching and her friends, but she did not see me. I did not go over and talk to her. We went inside the train, it was so crammed. When Jurong East was reaching (HM needed to alight the train), she asked me if I got a $10-note in exchange for 2 $5-notes as she needed to top up her card. As the train was moving and I had no support, I had much difficulty taking things and so on.

Then, HM alighted and I was alone on the train (I mean with no friends la), stood all the way. Dots. Then I took bus home. Dots. Dots. Dots.

There, a day of orientation in SP was over. It’s quite a boring, but tiring day. At night at home, I was feeling giddy. I beared with it till night. I felt better after I bathed, that was already quite late. At midnight at 12sth, I still on the TV, waiting to watch “100% Entertainment” (“Yu Le Bai Fen Bai), coz missed it during the afternoon. I doubt I can do this, when term starts. Surely will get busy and tired.

So on this day, I was alone, and did not make new friends yet. I hope the next day will be better.

Although this day was over for over 1 week (I wrote this on 13th/14th), I still remember the day quite clearly. Wrote this “blog” on Microsoft Word in my laptop, intend to post it on Bebo when I go online. If u are reading it, it is already on bebo of coz.

Poly Orientation

Day 2 (8/4/08)

I had to reach school by 9am for SPICE training (learning about using laptop). The discussion on the day before was that my father would drive me to school. My eyes opened at 6am, but I woke up at 6.15am (I suppose I slept back) when my father stood at my door and called me.
Normal routine: Washing up. Ate porridge. Changed clothes. (into normal outing clothes, special?! :P)

The starting time was at 9am. My father drove me to SP, my mum came along too (duno for wad….). One moment I think I will reach there early, another moment I was scared I would be late! Perhaps coz my mum kept repeating it, making me get more worried.
